1. Create your workspace
- Visit the Launch Workspace link and sign in with the email that will own the first admin seat.
- Choose a workspace name that reflects the primary brand you are onboarding.
- Confirm the region where your workspace data should be stored. We currently offer US-East and EU-West regions. If you need a private region, contact us before proceeding.
Tip: The first account created becomes the billing owner. You can delegate this later from Settings → Workspace roles.
2. Verify your domains
- Navigate to Settings → Channels → Email and add each support domain you plan to use (e.g.
support.brand.com). - Download the DNS template generated for each domain. The file contains required MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
- Apply the records in your DNS provider (Cloudflare, Google Domains, Route 53, etc.).
- Return to the workspace and click Verify. Most providers propagate within minutes; NexusCore re-checks every 60 seconds.
If you cannot add TXT records due to corporate policy, open a ticket with our team and we will provision hosted records on your behalf.
3. Connect shared inboxes
- From Channels → Email, click Connect inbox and choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Grant the OAuth permissions requested. They allow read-only access plus the ability to send on behalf of the connected address.
- Map each inbox to a NexusCore queue. You can create multiple queues to represent brands, products, or SLA tiers.
4. Invite admins and agents
- Go to Settings → Members and invite at least two administrators to avoid lockouts.
- Assign roles based on responsibility:
Owner,Admin,Lead, orAgent. - If you operate multiple brands, restrict visibility by toggling brand access at the bottom of the invite modal.
5. Configure baseline automations
- Open Automation Studio and enable the De-duplication and Auto-acknowledge recipes.
- Review the default AI drafting settings. We recommend starting with Suggestion mode before enabling Auto-send.
- Schedule a launch rehearsal using the Checklist tab. NexusCore guides you through testing inbound and outbound flows before you go live.
Once these steps are complete, you are ready to train knowledge sources and proceed to the “First Ticket” tutorial.
