Domain & DNS verification checklist

1. Gather DNS access

• Confirm who manages your DNS (Cloudflare, Route 53, Google Domains, etc.).
• Ensure you have write access or coordinate changes with your network team.

2. Add required records

For each support domain:

1. Navigate to Settings → Channels → Email → Domains.
2. Download the DNS template.
3. Create or update the following records:
   • MX records pointing to NexusCore mail ingress
   • SPF TXT record appending include:spf.nexuscore.cloud
   • CNAME records for DKIM selectors
   • TXT record for DMARC (recommended policy p=quarantine to start)

3. Propagation tips

• Lower TTL to 300 seconds before making changes.
• Validate syntax with your DNS provider's preview where available.
• Use the Verify button inside NexusCore to trigger an immediate check.
